New: Hy-Pro Radio Remote Control

P & R Hydraulics is pleased to be able to offer the new Hy-Pro Remote Control.

The radio remote system is designed to complement the Hy-Pro range of solenoid operated control valves and offers OEMs the opportunity for a complete custom hydraulic control package. This ‘wireless’ technology enables tidy solutions and offers the possibility of safer remote operation.

The system comprises a paired base unit and handset, which will control 20 solenoids or 10 valve sections at a range of up to 45m. Machinery can, therefore, be controlled from within the driver’s cab or from a safe distance away.

The handset has a built-in rechargeable battery giving a run time of 8 hours and has a membrane keypad with LED indicators which can be customised for the OEM. Our customers can choose their own symbols and corporate logo.

P & R Hydraulics can supply the base unit pre-wired to our customer’s specific requirements and it has auxiliary inputs which may be used for speed or position sensors, or interlock switches.
The Hy-Pro radio remote control, whilst designed with the Hy-Pro range of valves in mind, can also be configured for other manufacturers’ valves.
